The Pullman name has been applied to a number of luxury vehicles since
the German designer of the same name first created luxury carriages for
trains. Whether all of the vehicles that have coined the term can
really claim to offer the appropriate level of luxury is debatable, but
there is no disputing that the S Class Pullman deserves the badge. Of
